Hello Happy Campers! We wanted to provide some more info about what we are doing at DBRV regarding Covid-19.
The link below will take you to the current Renewed & revised Mandatory Order Covid-19 dated May 22, 2002. The following are the highlights as is relative to camping.
Item #3 states that we are not yet able to open the swimming pool....but its not quite warm enough yet for that. (Per 2nd link below we should be able to open the pool by May 29th. We will aim for mid-June as per usual)
Item #4 states that we must prevent gatherings of 10+ people at this time..... We are not hosting religious services, weddings or funerals so that does not apply here.
Item #12 states that physical distancing is still required
Item # 14 states everyone is prohibited from gather with more than 9 other person with whom they do not reside (aligns with #4 above)

This states that they plan to loosen restrictions on Friday, May 29, 2020, allowing OUTDOOR GATHERINGS of 50 people WITH PHYSICAL DISTANCING and we can open the pool. (There is more to this announcement, but these are the relevant items to our campground)
The comment about opening of overnight camps refers to kids sleep away camps. We will open to short term campers as of June 1, 2020.
DBRV is committed to keeping all our campers safe during Covid-19. As such we have revised our booking, waiver and rules.
